Here are the first of the photos of the finds from our field-walking expedition in November with Dr Hannah Cobb, Dr Ian Parker Heath and undergraduates from the University of Manchester.
Ian took a selection of flint flakes, tools and cores to show the farmer, who was suitably impressed. Now plans are afoot to put in a few test pits around Easter – watch this space!
